Navratri special : Kuttu Atta Pakoda 💫

Recipe:
1/2 cup kuttu atta (buckwheat flour)
1 medium sweet potato boiled and skin removed
1 thin and long green chilli - chopped
Salt (sendha namak) & pepper to taste
Desi ghee

Combined flour and mashed sweet potato and add water to get a batter like consistency. Then add green chillies and salt and pepper to taste. Fry in desi ghee and serve with amla-coriander chutney.
