How to Give & Receive Compliments WITHOUT Deflecting

"Are you a compliment deflector?
I used to struggle accepting compliments. Growing up with low self-esteem and 0% self confidence meant that I would often deflect compliments because I had very low self worth. It took years before I was able to accept them gracefully.

@danielyeow5249 is one of my best friends, and he used to deflect my compliments all the time - he's gotten a lot better over the years but this is just a ""fun"" little reminder to him :grimacing: I love ya Dan #sorrynotsorry"
