The judge should have to step down from this tria. He has ruined the integrity of this court. When you break the laws you have to pay for that! Mr Steele blew the whistle on what he did and the judge didn’t like that someone in the circle told it so he sentences Mr steel to 20 days to serve on the weekends the next two months because Mr steel would not give up the person that told him what the judge did. This is hands down a mistrial..

This is a walking talking appeal. 1yr down the drain…every boarder line decision that goes against the defense will be questioned. Further, the attorney could say it messed with his preparation during the weekends and also the stress of having to go to jail every weekend. Every weekend he’ll processed in: strip searched and the whole process…EVERY WEEKEND.

Just the threat of going in is enough to mess with an attorney or to claim he altered his approach and thereby ineffective counsel.
