A permitless carry bill is on Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine's desk, but his signature is not assured and anti-2A activists are mounting a last minute effort to persuade the governor to veto the measure because of opposition by some in law enforcement.

The answer everyone should give to any question about constitutional carry, "The criminals have constitutional carry, so why not the law abiding as well?"

When I think of Ohio, I am reminded of Sean Maloney and who is actually in the statehouse working for 2a/ gun owners in Ohio. I am a big fan of all these states moving towards Constitutional carry.

Shooting a gun in self-defense should not be a crime.

The police departments are dependant on the revenue generated by all the fees they charge for people to obtain government permission to exercise their 2A rights.

Any government officer advocating against Constitutional Carry is doing so in violation of the Oath of Office!!! "... against all enemies, foreign and domestic, ...".

Here in Iowa, we heard the whole "wild west, gunfights in the streets" . I still have not seen a single gunfight.

My gov has no choice but to sign or let it go straight into law. If he wants any chance of being reelected, he will do as us gun owners in Ohio were promised.

Whether DeWine signs this will determine if he gets re-elected or not. We have a strong 2A org. Buckeye Firearms Inc.

If the criminals are the ones getting killed, then that's not a bad thing.

"Homicide" includes ALL deaths, including JUSTIFIED shootings. That is the definition of "homicide - the taking of a life. "Murder" is UNJUSTIFIED shootings. The two are not synonymous. If one shoots a home intruder at 2:30 a.m. that is a "homicide" not a "murder". Don't be fooled by the loose language their stats use to make a false point.

We've haven't seen any issues since constitutional carry right was passed here in Houston, Texas no wild wild 😜 west 😜 has ensued but the criminals have been on the loose 😳 causing the only issues that we have seen 🤔

There was a school shooting in Iowa, 6 teenagers are charged with murder. The school superintendent said that it happened because guns are too available in our nation, of course. You would think he would wonder about his responsibility in raising, teaching, training these kids. He didn't do a very good job if the mere availability of a firearm turned 6 of them to murder.

Cam Thank you for all you do. I watch almost everything that you put out. From Ohio.

''Homicide'' instance doesn't equate to ''murder''. They are defined differently. Like a ''square'' and a ''rhombus''.
