You can literally just spread it all the way apart, apply pressure to the center away from you and it should pop out out with a little bit of pulling. You are literally showing people how to unnecessarily destroy those tabs.

You should delete this video immediately. You're having people irreversibly damaging their controllers when it's not needed at all. The controller can be stretched out like this without the need of any tools/blades.
