Thriving in a Gig Economy: Another Reason to Always Take the Job Interview

In this week's entry I return to a subject that I've talked about before: You should make it your practice to always accept job interviews even if you aren't interested in the job. In the videos below I give several reasons. In this week's entry I have a new one. A company interviewed for me a position that they were creating, then based at least partially on my interview decided to rethink its strategy. So it wants me to come in as a consultant and trainer to help them figure out what should be done. It could end up as a sweet gig that I would have missed if I had skipped the interview.
