I work in logistics Company and i really feel for these hardworking people. Who only earn to barely feed their Family i strongly belive these guys should have all the benifits and also get A minimum wage From big corporates as they work Even in rain heat and cold to provide services to Customers

In my previous employment while working with an insurtech startup, there was a company on-boarded, called Rebel Foods. They had purchased our healthcare plan for their employees including delivery partners and kitchen helpers. I don't know if they had provided any other benefits to them or not but that was a very appreciable thing which I noticed. Their managers were also very responsible and caring for their employees. One manager was like, "Mera ladka hai aap dekhiyega ki usko koi problem na aaye process me aur paise sahi se mil jaye".
Their HR heads were very welcoming. They did really seem to care about us as well and supported us being a startup. And one of the managers paid entire hospital bill for a lady kitchen helper as she did not have any medium to receive fund from our side. Once everything was settled and we paid them once the medium was established. She did not own even a phone due to her humble background. No wonder it is a huge cloud kitchen player in India today with big brand names under them like Faasos, Behrouz Biryani, Oven Story, Mandarin Oak, Lunch Box, Sweet Truth, The Good Bowl, The Biryani Life, Firangi Bake, and Slay Coffee.

Yes, delivery partners ko employees ki Tarah treat karna chahiye but big companies apni costs save karne ke liye labour laws Mei loop holes ko apne benefit ke liye use karte Hai.

My barber from Urban company told me he and his peers get health insurance and have even claimed it in times of need. He has always been positive towards his company except them taking 20% of the total as commissions.
