Thanks for sharing that bit about vampires. I have personally been going through an extreme aversion to looking in the mirror for about three years now, since I got truly sick. The few years prior to the crash, I was starting to dislike looking in the mirror more & more, until it started becoming much more extreme. This was fascinating

I definitely have vitamin A toxicity, proved by multiple blood tests. The A toxicity definitely worsened my methylation problems. Had methylation problems before the vA toxicity, but not soo bad.
