It wouldn’t be unusual to find American schoolteacher and mother of three, Tara Savage, running through a Thai jungle at night or applying lipstick at mile 57 of a 100-mile ultramarathon. Tara began running only six years ago to heal during a difficult time in her personal life. She now pursues running across the world from her home in Bangkok to the peaks of Chamonix running the CCC 100k during UTMB Mont-Blanc this past August.
