They sailed there probably knowing there was lands after that ocean, They knew, It wasn’t an accident, How come so perfectly after they kicked the moors off of granada in 1492, suddenly finding the new world at the same year? How come they had moorish sailors with them?(from granada)
I assume they took the maps of the moors after their kingdom beeing done for it, also Well designed map was found off of an ottoman sailor picturing South American in a perfect shape.
Something is definitely up.

Spain didn’t have a colonial history as its territories did not operate in such manner, but you’re right if you refer to different expansions or globalization expansion
