Years ago we surprised my dad with a 1970 HEMI Barracuda convertible. It was the same car he had a model of when he was a kid.
My father was one of the toughest guys I’ve ever known. I’ve never seen him cry, but that car brought him to tears.
Last year he passed away. We buried him with the model in his hands. His car is now waiting for my son who was named after him.
RIP dad. Love you. ❤️

My dad came to the USA from Mexico when he was 12. He fell in love with american muscle when he first got here. He had a couple of z28's and 2 transAm. He had to give sell them when my mom and him had me, Second child. I am now in love with American muscle, on my 2nd Dodge challenger. My goal is to one day buy my father a old school American muscle. Watching all three of these men transform into 17 year olds has me so emotional. Good dads create great kids, and the pride they exuded while gorging their fathers their dream cars was tangible. All three of these were beautiful, that second dad, in the Gran Torino, when he sat inside and his apprehension melted into a pure smile really got me. God bless the dads and their kids, this was the emotional shot I needed, great video 💜
