I have professional and business accounts, my question is the product I purchased using a Business account can I sell on my Amazon Seller account to the consumers using FBA and the purchased items' stock will remain within the Amazon warehouse? Please clear up this confusion. Thanks!

Not sure if a credit line is something you should ever use. If you can't afford something now, it is optimistic that you cab afford it in 60 days from now. That only works if you already know absolutely certain that you will receive money soon. Especially if you use a business account for private purchases. In the US consumer debt is a huge problem. It is much too easy there to buy now and pay much later. In the US you can buy a car and your payments will start one year after the purchase. That is crazy.
