M2000 Powered Speaker

The M-2000 includes a high-output compression driver, and 15" woofer to produce an even, smooth studio quality sound in a sound reinforcement speaker. Our design goal was to build a speaker with accurate playback, smooth dispersion of mid and high frequencies and an ergonomic design for easy transport and setup. The result is a sound reinforcement system dynamic enough to use at home, in the studio, parties or in home theater.

The display screen on mine won't work and never has. Does anyone know if there is a separate fuse for the screen to light up or not? It don't indicate in the manual any such information

The first speaker I bought, had buzzing sound when a bluetooth option was selected, . I returned it and got another one, so happened that this second speaker's model was M2000 MKIV instead of MKII and it has a bluetooth button at the top as well as an SD card slot (more on this later).  No buzzing sound on this one but I keep loosing bluetooth connection, it's playing for 10-20 min and then the light turns steady blue even though it still says connected but no music.  I have to go back to my (iPhone 5) and hit play button.  I thought something is wrong with it and went ahead and bought another one to exchange if it works.  Well this one looses the connection as well, not as fast as my second speaker but still.  This 3rd speaker no longer has an SD card capability on it even though it still says MKIV.  All pictures of SD card are covered with white sticker on the box and no SD capability on the back, the slot is still there though.  So my question is: is it a software problem or hardware?  Would be nice to get a reply from you.  Thank you.
