I do have a kid binder. My daughter is 14. She gets child support so we budget that every 2 wks. Her envelopes are allowance ( put on her Chase card), beauty, roon decor, tutor, trainer for basketball, medical ( sinus rx), back to school, savings, snacks (McDonald's after practice)and school events. We sit down every 2 wks and decide where her money is going. Her braids cost so we try to build beauty up. I buy the hair that's added plus the tip. She loves it. She feels like she's in control of her cash. I am trying to teach her to take care of herself. Great video.

I have a 1 year old daughter yes have her own binder. Categories are clothes, shoes, diapers, medical, photos (for her photo album) toys, savings and going to add swimming lessons money in awhile

I'm a single mum to 3 children in the UK. I have a kids binder . Works really well and I've recently added more envelopes for my daughters new club 🥰. Great video xx

I just started my daughters binder last week. We homeschool so I added budgeting into our curriculum. She’s nine but I figured it’s best to start early. I have her basic needs like clothes, medical, future savings, and birthday savings in my binder. She carry’s a small wallet binder with her for fun and spending. Her binder for home is for saving 10%, pay her phone data, robloux, fun, gifts, and spend. She does the same routine I do on payday lol 😂. She checks her wallet for leftover money, decide what she wants to fill it with, and then fill her home binder. It’s made her VERY cautious spending her money with cash in hand. She only use her phone for data and when she’s away at extra curricular activities. She pays from her binder if she wants to take more fun classes. Last week she started taking a surfboard class lol 😂. It’s a class in an Olympic size pool using a foam surfboard. Teaches balance and strengthens your legs and stomach.

I don’t have a binder for mine, but she does have 2 separate envelopes. One for her savings account and the other for everything else- diapers/wipes, gifts, toys, therapy stuff, etc. My daughter is disabled and if I tried to have an envelope for everything that costs me money as far as she’s concerned I’d probably have 2-3 binders 😂

Been thinking about a school binder for 3 grandsons. Getting up in grades and certain expenses popping up all together. Pictures and now deposits for instruments.
