Ah I’m curious to see how it works out. I’m big into gardening and have been contemplating one for years but i never could get over getting something to sharpen that I was going to be digging with. Maybe I’ll finally pick one up.

Yes, the drawback would be dulling as you dig. One survival tool for me is the Glock sawback knife. I believe it is the model 81.

I’ll have to check them out. I am always looking for more survival gear just in case we are going into a depression.

As far as going into the woods to find edible plants one could transplant on to their own property. I am on the quest. To find a cloud berry.

Barebones suck, I’ve had that tool and it broke. As for the craftsmanship let’s just say the Chinese could do a better job.
