Once again, fantastic military history coverage! Okinawa is a place best appreciated when seen. Then you can imagine the heat, terrain and other challenges faced. Parts of the island you can see both oceans by turning your head, while in the brush you could be 3 feet from someone and not see them. Definitely worth looking into what those fighting people endured in order to prevail. Ooh rah!

This 70 degree weather sure is nice, I spent all day outside with my dog preparing my garden even tho I won't be able to plant till May. I watch the trees at the college across the street and when they start budding then I can plant, it's fail proof! So glad we don't get 100 degree weather!
