Started making this about a week or so ago as a simple vent edit and then kind of ignored it for a few days because bleh idk it all felt so basic but then I decided to pick it up again today to get it off my list of projects AND FINALLY BE DONE WITH IT. What can I say, editing dark songs with Ardyn does wonders for my mood I guess.

It’s a shame that I couldn’t do this song more justice, it has been one of my favourites since I was like 12 years old or something and the lyrics give me chills every time. And they do kind of fit Ardyn vs. astrals ..in some way? SO yeah I've been meaning to edit with it for quite some time now and I finally did it ayeee. Remind me to edit with it again once episode Ardyn comes out because I’m kind of hoping for more tragic and vulnerable scenes with him.

I hope you can see what kind of story I tried to tell with this, if not lol then just forget what I said haha.

Get OUT of here, Tessa. Who are you kidding with this? You did this song UTTER justice, okay? I knew you were bullshitting me, because it's been up for like thirty minutes and you have such positive feedback already.
Okay, now to add my little piece.
Firstly. this song is beautiful as you said and you DID do it justice with that clip choice, that flow and that dujsjisdj that excellent colouring choice. Not everything has to be FULL OF SO MUCH TEXT, LIGHTS AND FLASHES to really impact you and show emotion, you say this yourself.
The subtlety of your editing here is absolutely ideal for this song, as nothing else would work so well than what you have applied here. This is the sort of edit that entrances you, makes you feel the character's pain as you come to realise how the words link to them with gorgeous aesthetic appeal on the side. Because, this is, aesthetic as fuck. All of your editing is, this included. By the way, the contrast of fast and slow scenes go so well with this song, especially and the way you link the bangs of the drums to the flashes in your edit is sooo tasteful, man. I wish you would see this. I love this edit like I love all your others and you can fight me about it. Fight me.
