Great initiative from your side, very lucky to be learning this with such ease.
I had a small conflict after referring the explanation in this video.
When Configuration type is -None-
and Configuration Event is -None-

The configurator window didn't open when adding to QLE, but the configurator button is available in the QL item.
Maybe this was part of new release from Salesforce.

@apexhours unable to get Add-ons tab I have followed the configuration as suggested for 13 inch laptop. not sure why I am facing this. I have verified thrice. :(
