1883 was a masterpiece of storytelling equalled by the haunting score. The entire series was an emotional rollercoaster that for me personally, had a resounding and lasting effect long after the season finale. Brutal, unforgiving, heartbreaking and beautiful. Its absolutely up there with any western to date.

I will remember this show forever. The score, the cinematography, the acting…1883 left me so overcome with emotion that I don’t think I can bring myself to watch it again. It hit me that hard. An all around masterpiece and likely the best soundtrack I’ve experienced. Thank you, Brian.

My dad doesn't usually sit down to watch movies, let alone tv series.
But this one caught his attention one day when he and my mom were browsing through Prime. They watched the first episode, which was free on there.
He loved it so much that I got Paramount+ just for him so he can watch it.
He would always be pissed off that he had to wait a whole week to watch the next episode. XD
But I'd say it was worth it.
