Is there anyway to make the taskbar sit on top of other applications (not too as in the top of the screen)? I've tried configuring the taskbar as shown in this video and once you open software (e.g. chrome, steam, etc.) It looks odd as the entire bottom bar is still reserved for the taskbar

I can see how useful most of them are
I don't think the drag & drop is such a useful tool though unless they removed it in Windows 11, it's already present in Windows for apps that really needs it (for example, discord opens up when you drag a file on it)
