Have an Integrated Education and Training (IET) Program? Join national experts from AIR to process and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of your IET Program. Speakers will walk through quality indicators and allow time for analysis of reflection of determining how to improve, strengthen or revitalize your IET program. This session will provide an overview of the ADVANCE IET project, funded by the Office of Career, Technical and Adult Education (OCTAE). The goal of the project is to support states and adult education practitioners in strengthening and scaling IET programs to expand effective training and education models that increase career opportunities for diverse adult learners. In in this interactive session, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the project’s existing and upcoming training and resources as well as engage in discussions around supporting the development and continuation of quality IET programming in Michigan.
