I just remembered that we learned in the lesson rate of reaction that if the volume is high pressure decreases and then the air will flow into fill the pressure. So with the diaphragm contracting same thing happens in lung. Particularly this process is done automatically or subconsciously (I meant without us even knowing ) but if the diaphragm wasn't a thing then we would have to use a pressure to get air in and out forcefully for which energy will be needed.But in the contrary respiration is the process which makes energy 😂 so there won't be energy for other metabolic activities all the produced energy will be used again for respiration lol. Wt I wanted to point out is everything single thing human body is made up of mind blowing science and technology. It just amazes me so much when I realise smtg so lil like this 😍
