the actual uniform for major brady is correct OCP field jacket and pants plus PC (patrol cap) but I have no idea about the patches tho, to me they look correct but only stigma point is that he should be shaven, no major would be rocking that kinda beard (moustache at max)

At first glance, it looks like the US Army major is wearing an older style army combat uniform in what appears to be a first series multicam. The pattern is more subdued now, and nearly every troop has had their rank, name, and US Army tapes, sewn to their blouse. Also, his patrol cap doesn't look right. It's supposed to be 'flat' rather than round topped.

This reminds me of the Norwegian series Okkupert, occupied, which came out some years ago, in which Norway is occupied by Russia at the behest of the EU after Norway shut down its oil production. The Russian forces are there to force it to resume oil production.

Accidentally came across this. I loved the most recent "Unknown soldier", it was an amazing an very rare combination of historically accurate stuff, action and generally approved movie-making setups so this should be cool too. Good timing too, of course...

The reason why the American officer looks a bit off is because he doesn't "wear" his uniform like an American soldier would much less an officer. He has the clothing on but he doesn't carry himself, or even walk like a soldier. He walks like a hunter somewhere in the backwoods of Alabama. He is out of uniform with that 5 o clock shadow, His pc (patrol cap) was just slapped on. He has no deployment patch on his right side, and no CAB or jump wings. Why would the us send an officer with no deployment experience there. Not even as a liason. A major without a deployment is nothing more that a soup sandwich as we call it over here.

American GI here. Your Major needs a deployment patch on his right side and his Screaming eagle needs to be centered on the uniform. You have millions of GI's here in the states and in Europe that could've got that uniform squared away.

Also that Major looks young. The guy next to him could've played that part. He is young enough to be a Lieutenant or even a high speed captain.
