I have them in a 5.1.2 paired with the bookshelves and center. You can't beat them for the price. They have very nice aesthetics as well.

Finally! These speakers are the best bargain in the business. I've set up a 5.1.4 system with the THX speakers and they blow the B&Ws I own out of the water. Given the price difference, that's really saying something. Subwoofer mandatory. Also worth noting, the designer behind these Monolith speakers also designed the Arendal THX Ultra speaker line and Perlisten THX Dominus certified speaker range.

Yes please and the latest (preferably affordable) Klipsch speakers as well. Also, maybe your recommendations for a Atnos receiver to tie everything together and beat those soundbar setups while only spending about 2-3 as much to get there.

I would be interested in hearing your full review of either of these speakers, but especially the atmos ones. I know I want to upgrade my whole home theatre system including an AV receiver that can actually do today’s surround sound. Then I can move my gorgeous NS-1s circa 1988 and my still very nice albeit old school receiver into my TV free listening zone where I now have powered speakers that are decent but without any magic. Please include in the review for the atmos ones if they are good enough for audio only too or just for surround? I suppose I could move my turntable also into my TV free listening zone. Unfortunately my taste in speakers is way more than my budget! However for me an important part of selecting speakers is actually hearing how they sound and that is not satisfying on a YouTube video. It’s like secondhand sound. Sorry that I am not able to describe how your playing music through speakers gives me little to no clue as to the actual quality, but your descriptions and reviews are always excellent!!

Man monoprice makes pretty amazing audio for the money I’m huge into headphones and have pairs costing over 1k each and dedicated headphone amps and dac’s I can tell you monolith has some premium amps and headphones that are very good for the money

These are nice, however the low frequency response isn't sufficient. The combination tweeter & mid-range is nice although the crossover frequency is somewhat low. IAC, I would be interested in a tower with 2 eight inch woofers (bass reflex) and the combo tweeter/mid-range.

GR research didn't like the quality of the crossover so perhaps a deluxe crossover might be a good option.
