Is it ok to use just a carabiner for rebelay? I am afraid of it getting stuck and twisted.

Have you ever had any issues with your leg going through your cache loop before/during a fall? I see you adjust it after a fall and am wondering how bad a fall would be where your grigri takes a second to engage and uses a substantial portion of your cache loop while it's caught behind your leg... Seems like it could be a painful experience!

What device are you using for the first and secondary catch?
