Raphina taking his captaincy seriously should be noted. He advocated for his colleague and did it without his usual temper tantrums. He's taken this new squad role and showing a great amount of heart with it.

It’s crazy to believe nearly half our squad is injured and still have the capacity to perform like this…WOW🥰

I think Casado deserves part of the praise in this win, when he came on the midfield finally looked stable. Him and Cubarsi stabilized the whole team.

I'm telling ya guys: Ter Statue of Stegen getting injured is one of the best things that could've happened to our beloved club 🥳🥳🥳😁.
May he get like Gaymar that camel last year an ACL next

Raphinha is a TRUE captain 😂 He was freaking furious and always helping his teammates in games

Culers give some credits to martinez . He has become the backbone of our defense out of nowhere. Giving out instructions, very vocal and maintaining the backline .

Cubaresi’s impact was notable, it never felt like Villarreal was gonna comeback once he came on

A Night at La Cerámica

Beneath the lights of Cerámica’s sky,
Barcelona soared, no dream could die.
Five goals they net, a brilliant show,
With chaos and beauty in every flow.

Lewandowski struck not once, but twice,
His lethal touch, oh so precise.
Raphinha danced with fire and flair,
Two goals to match, a game so rare.

Pablo Torre, young and bright,
One goal, one assist, pure delight.
La Masia’s gems, they shine so clear,
From our youth, there's nothing to fear.

But a shadow fell, Ter Stegen’s pain,
Carried away, but we’ll rise again.
Our keeper strong, with heart so wide,
We send him love from every side.

Villareal fought with spirit bold,
But Barça’s fire could not be controlled.
Twenty-two goals in just six games,
This team is setting hearts aflame.

Flick and his staff, take a bow,
The magic they're weaving, we're feeling it now.
An average of three-point-six each match,
This Barcelona’s on a special patch.

So here’s to the Blaugrana pride,
In every battle, we stand side by side.
A night of chaos, but victory sweet,
Barcelona’s rhythm, no one can beat.

Let's take a moment and give Lewandowski a shout out. Aside the penalty miss, this might be his best game in a Barça shirt. The goals, the dribbling, the link up. What a game from him!

I am so proud of everything that Flick did for us! Despite those rotations on the starting lineup we still managed to destroy Villarreal who i see this season fighting for the 4th place in their home. It's absolutely unbelievable! And also now we can be 100% sure that what happened against Monaco was just an accident. Also a get well soon for MATS, it felt so bad to see him like that... Nearly make me cry to see him going though that pain...

My first time commenting on talkfcb
Hansi Flick thrashed Villarreal 5-1 with 9 players injured, 3 starters benched, and unknown players in defense. Give him his respect!
All the way from Zambia 🇿🇲

Can't believe we have went from having no alternatives for dm to Cassado and bernal. Cubarsi is one of the most talented players in our squad and what lamine is doing is not even surprising now as he does it all the time now. La masia never fails to deliver <3

I will be honest and say this:
Even if we don’t win ANY title, as long as we play at least 80% of our remaining games this season, like this, I couldn’t care less.

That’s why I started loving football and particularly Barcelona.
Not because of titles, nor because of results, but because of flair.
Pure artistic flair, the ball traveling between teams and players at ultrasonic speeds.

I couldn’t care less if we lost today.

The immense pleasure I got from just watching us battle it out on the pitch with Villarreal was more important than any title.

It brought back memories of my kid days.
Days when we didn’t care about success.
Days when we can cared about having fun on the pitch. And success came after.

Long live Hansi Flick in blaugrana jersey.

He reincarnated our team!
No matter how much goals we concede, we will score more.
That was the Barca way! ❤️💙

Everyone is excited and protective of Yamal's future. You could see Raphina's worry and raw anger after that foul. That's especially crazy considering that technically, he took Raphina's spot in the team.
I'm glad everyone is rooting for him

Marc Casado came in and just calmed the game down. What a player

The Barcelona of a year or two ago would have crumbled like a cookie and probably got humilated by Villarreal today. But instead we played in such a way that brought a tear to my eye. This is the Barcelona we love, we don’t cower, we *fight back* ♥️💙
