My tip for a lot of people is: DON'T GET STUCK IN THE LAB! People spend hours and hours just practicing and as good and well as that is, if you wanna get better, play more matches.

Can't wait for more characters to be added and the meta to develop over time. Really hope this game doesn't fizzle like some other platform fighters have in the past.

Here are a few tips I have found:

Don’t rematch when there is an ungodly amount of lag(do this to retain sanity).

Against Iron Giant, he has a massive hit bot, use that to apply pressure and bully him.

If an Arya Stark suddenly transforms into another character, be careful going near her, it is a aoe stun that lasts a bit longer than the visuals would lead you to believe.

Don’t get greedy when combo’ing a Reindog, if he has a crystal above him it will likely hit you out of the combo if you linger.

If you are a Reindog player, in a 1v1 always have your leash out, there are no teammates to save so it is just free damage.

Lastly as a general curtesy, if someone toasts you, toast them back(unless they were toxic, then take the money and run)

My tip: The goal is to knock the other person off the stage, not to do damage, doing damage is a means of making it easier to get knockouts, your goal should be learning how to confirm kills, not the craziest combo you can find.

These are some great tips....for a smart person 😋 My strat in Smash Bros is usually just grab all the items and try not to jump off the stage. Try to keep some of these in mind.

Hitboxes will be easier to learn when they add the hitbox display option to the lab, which I believe is coming in the next update or the one after that
