Ganavan Sands - Oban - Scotland | 4K | DJI Mini 3 Pro

Ganavan Sands is a very nice beach on the western shore of Scotland, not far from beautiful town of Oban. For highlands standard it can be considered as a town beach, with set of cute, white houses built on its southern side. Since it is located just two miles away from Oban, it is popular amongst its inhabitants, but when we visited, it wasn't particularly crowded despite lovely weather and a long weekend. The beach itself isn't too big and divided into few sections, some of them with nice white sand (not as white as northern beaches though), some others with pebbles. A cliff face starts at the northern end of the beach, with paths which allows to see the amazing views to islands of Mull and Lismore from either top of this rocky wall, or from the bottom of it. Large, asphalt car park is located at the top of the beach with a toilets and hotdog stand in the season. There is also a number of picnic tables next to it. For camper van owners - it is forbidden to stay there overnight.
