It's life. Everything is "souless" & competitive. The world isn't fair, easy and/or nice. This is content as well, of course people are trying to out due each other. For some, it's their only income & they need people to keep returning.

He isn't ruining YouTube, all his planning is to make videos more entertaining. I watched those interviews too and he just wants people to have a good time watching his videos, all he does is to make people's days better.

Jadyn.. I made this type of comment on the last video but just because MrBeast is extremely successful doesn't mean an overall downfall for YouTube. I mean I'd argue it's the opposite of soulless but you're entitled to your own opinion, he's just trying to make the most out of his life while he's still here. And, many people say those things, that they "are" or "wanna" make the most out of their time, and that they wanna "change the world" but barely any of them are actually able to pull it off. Jimmy on the other hand is ACTUALLY doing it! But as for the "original essence" of YouTube, it's unlikely that'll ever be lost. There'll always be a lot of creators who don't care as much about fame or high production.

The top YouTube channels are companies, that's how he rose to max fame, by doing things as corporately as possible without losing his "spark", MrBeast is not ruining YouTube at all.

i like mrbeast, since he was the first one to do this type of thing, it doesn't feel to soulless to me, similar to meme zee, he has his own unique style of content, but when others copy it, it feels like they are sell outs.

I think his content is fun to watch because his mrbeast that's HIS content, that's HIS personallity. the problem is the copycats those people make youtube look so generic.

I’ll respectfully disagree here. I feel like it’s amazing seeing this development from Youtubers and has started putting these content creators in the same categories as big Hollywood producers. There’s plenty of people who still go off a idea and don’t script everything. This is just my opinion and I’ll be glad to hear your guys opinions in the replies!

I think the Sidemen do this pretty well. They set up a bunch of challenges but the outcome doesn't matter since you're just there to watch them mess around. Mrbeast used to be like that too until every video had to have crazier prices to win with each video.

We all see how Mr.Beast differently. You see him soulless. I see a man dedicated to get his work done. For the better for his community. It's not just him and his friends anymore. He got a whole company to run. To pay his employees. He change because of the changes around him.

Agreed. I searched to see if anyone had made a video about this. The thing is his videos are now over produced and the videos should be on TV not on YouTube.

I think it’s just that people get Jealous and even people who may never be on YouTube or become as successful on YouTube are such good friends with him and overall u can’t blame him for another persons Jealous actions
