The timeline still doesn't make sense and neither you or Simon seem like you healed from your last rleationships before jumping head first into this one. Tonight's show was a mess and the only thing I am now confirmed on is that Porsha was approving all his social media posts (and probably wiritng them too) like we all thought.

What makes sense is you staying out of people's marriages and letting them sort out what needs to be done. Filing for divorce does not mean they are divorced. How many public filings for divorce have we heard that didn't not go through? Secondly, why wasn't your actual co-worker contacted for support? You did not know him....you knew her and him via her... so you claim. This man was on the rebound from a supposed hurt emotional situation, and you did not let him or her heal from it.
