I went with my brother on a roller coaster for the first time in my twenties to get over my fear, it did not work, my body was so tense the whole ride I couldn't even yell, I could barely breath properly, I was finally able to exhale, and when the ride was over, my adrenaline was so high I was sick for the rest of the day, my body would not calm down, it was horrible, when people say they dont do roller coasters listen to them.

I'm terrified of heights, I have never gone on a roller-coaster ever. I feel terrified just watching this video lol. 😅😂
