Notice can using handle to at the back with apply force at both handle and front cover then can open easily ..:

Our does not have a screw but if we use the screw driver alone would it open it? Any chance you can do a new video for fans that don’t have the screw??

I tried this. Removed the screw no problem and tried to get the front off using the screwdriver trick but it just snapped the front of the fan and broke it. So now I have a 2 year old fan which is full of dust inside and now broken.
