I do this instead of running on flat surface. Step climbing has given me much better results.

You dont even need to run/walk up the bleachers outside to do this either, just walking up the basement/upstairs steps and back down (repeated for 30 min) is WAY more than enough cardio

It's very effective, it increases ur stamina and after that you can also go for jogging and exercise.
I had followed it and seen some amazing results.

Very true! I had a hard time losing weight after my first baby and then I started running up and down the stairs and lost almost 40 pounds. I'm on child #3 and I dabbled in other forms of exercise but nothing gets me like stairs. I do 5 sets of 5, rest in between. Tip: take baby sips of water if thirsty. If you're like me, running with a stomach full of water makes me so nauseous 🤮

Going to stairs will work for you because I went from 42.7 climbing stairs 10 times and went to 42.3 not lying

Climbed stairs for 17minutes the knees burn so bad, i sweated alot and my face became red and hot and could feel the blood pumping into my face

usin resort yesterday there are swimming pool slide but to go there you need to walk 4 different stairs the higher stairs you walk the harder is it I gave up after 10th time of doing it because I can’t handle it anymore I’m scared I might get in accident if I fall since it’s long stairs it’s enough to almost kill you and there are gaps in stairs which make it more dangerous would not do this again I got cramp
