I like Kevin the most as an individual & the intangibles compound. Peter is the most up to step, it’s apparent; however, his growth will be linear.

A personality like Kevin, getting used to negotiation & even camera pressure, will be able to dive deeper with clients. As a part of the team, you guys would be able to provide him with the knowledge where as he has a persona to him that cannot be taught.

nope. black dial 16570 doesn't sell as well, paid too much. polar is an easy flip.
