🏨 4 Move Quick Hotel Upper Body Circuit 🏨

Great way to make light loads and minimal space work for you.

Set the clock for 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest for each movement:
DB Arnold Presses
DB Prone Rows
DB Hammer & Supinated Curls
DB Reverse Grip Push-ups
Rest for 1 minute after this cycle 🔁

Repeat this pattern 5 total cycles and 25 minutes of upper body sweat 😓 pumping work.
