Lexus 2IS to 4IS bumper conversion sagging solution Part 2 IS250 IS350 IS-F

Bolts go through from the outside, you'll have to remove the liner under the bumper to have access and a second person would be recommended, to hold the bumper up in place until you tighten the bolts/screws. The single ones at the top, that go into the bumper cross member from under it, are self-tapping screws. I recommend using socket-head ones, as philips heads may strip when fully tightening them. Those little brackets have been holding the bumper in place, with no sagging, for a year and a half, now. I hope this helps someone!
