Last year it was claimed that he is in a coma, being braindead and dying while most likely he was just being isolated in one house on the beach due to COVID.
Kim loves to read all these rumors they write about him and it amuses him when the world gives him attention so my bet is that he simply decided to lose weight so others talk about it.
