So wait... You give Sonic Lost World a 5.8/10 for trying to bend the formula just a bit, yet every CoD you review is the exact same thing with a small gimmick added you give near perfect scores? I'm a CoD fan and I think this is BS, I hear a lot of good stuff about Lost World and I have only played a demo, it's fun, but I think it took too much inspiration off of Super Mario Galaxy, but other than that, it was good, if anything this game deserves a 8/10 from what I played and heard.

I'm incredibly sick of people just going 'I want more speed' when reviewing Sonic games. These titles have never just been about SPEED SPEED SPEED SPEED, ever. Sure, they're fast, but even the Genesis originals had periods of slow, precise platforming and pushblock puzzles; do we see anyone complaining about them?

If mario trys something new, its considered revolutionary. If sonic does, it's considered bad. I'm a fan of both series, but this isn't fair to the sonic franchise.

This was one of the most original sonic games in a while. This game's presentation did feel lacking, like the fact you can't reset a level or create new save files like in colors. But the gameplay & controls make this an amazing platformer.

Sonic Lost world isn't as bad as IGN says. Lost World is a good game, but i will say it's a solid step back from Generations and Colours. Parkour system might be cool, but honestly it wasn't needed if you ask me. Just like that Run Button which you hold 90% of the time. It would be better if they just make sonic control like in Adventure Games.

"I suck at this game and I can't understand that Sonic is not about boosting through the level because older games including Sonic 3 and Knuckles which is praised to be the best Sonic game to date did not have this ability, therefore this game is terrible because it doesn't have guns and explosions. Use your $40 in something better like Call of Duty Ghosts which is an absolute masterpiece."

I think Sonic Lost World is better than colors and generations.
I LOVE this game.

I'm not that much of a sonic fan. But this game is actually a solid 8 in my opinion.
I actually enjoyed it more than any recent Mario title.

This review is this: SEGA tries something new, IGN hates it for that reason, SEGA does the same thing that they have done before, IGN hates it because of THAT! So... A game has to have guns and explosives to be fun in IGN's opinion, well, iv'e heard, so GOOD JOB! :D No, that was sarcasm...

when i initially gave this video a dislike, i had only played the first 3 worlds...i then played the rest of the game and gave this video a like.

Coming from the people that gave Call of Duty Ghosts an 8.8 LOL! Sonic: Lost World isn't great but it's better than Call of Duty Ghosts.

I bet if this was the same game but with the classic characters instead of the modern day characters then the game would be a 8+/10
