And that also means that the aliance would have more technology, resouces and time to upgrade the special agents, their normal agents and their defense system.

If the titans in dom studio never got upgraded then titan tv man would be in his base form and would be the same base form from episode 41 just like booms titan tv man, titan drill man would get a new body but not as a upgrade and would still have the same abilities, titan speaker man would still defeat the giant toilet from episode 17 in his base form and would not be able to defeat pennywise toilet and would lose to the skibidi minions in his base form just like titan camera man 3.0, titan clock man would still have his time blaster and would still have a 30 sec time stop even if his core gets destroyed, he would get only repaired, titan camera man would be seriously injured in episode 19 by the acid clowns if he never got upgraded and would be in his base only getting repaired, titan pencil woman would still be the same since she’s 1.0.

Technically Steve didnt get upgraded with the new drill mech, the demon mech was just a new body, not an upgrade BUT the Dragon varient is his soul changing the mech into the Dragon body. which wouldnt be allowed. atleast thats how I think it would work

Edit: i just thought of an idea. What if the titans swapped upgrades?

So Titan Speakerman gets the shield and gatling guns from Titan Cameraman
Titan Cameraman gets Titan Speakerman's armor and stuff
Titan TV Man gets Titan Drillman's size and strength and stuff
Titan Drillman gets Titan TV Man's energy sword and whatever he got from his upgrades
Titan Clockman can just have Counter Titan's upgrades I guess instead as idk what he could have
So Counter Titan could have Titan Clockman's upgrades instead like his sword and blades and stuff

But they will still have the same attitude and their old abilities so Counter Titan can still have his copy ability etc
