Little Brother BUYS 2020 Toyota Supra! * BIG MISTAKE?? *

Today I talk about my brother's new 2020 Toyota Supra and compare it to my future 2020 Corvette C8! Was his car a mistake to buy?? Find out! In today's video I go over what it's like being in the 2020 Toyota Supra! This is my brother's car and I am super excited for him to have a dream car of his and can't wait for more content on this car to come! As far as the driving experience, it is comfortable, quick and a ton of fun! For the price you can't really ask for anything better. Comparing this to the 2020 Corvette C8 that I will be purchasing, there is a significant price difference to justify going with the supra instead. Both are great cars, however you can spec the C8 with several more options than you can on the Supra, showing that the price can be much higher for the C8. Identical specs between the supra and C8 are going to be about $15K different in price. So do I think he made a mistake on the Supra??? I don't think so at all, everyone has cars they want to buy and have fun with so for me to tell him it's a mistake, it's not my place to do that. But personally I do love the car, it looks very good rolling down the road and it will be fun to have for the channel!

Supra is more of a tuners car, it doesn’t really compete with the vette - which competes with cars like hellcat and ford cobra

I am so glad a video was made explaining the price points of each vehicle. Trying to explain this to commentors have become manaughtness and I couldn't have said it better. You did a great job breaking down the options of each vehicle, standard and optional. A 56k car should never be compared to a 75k car with the same options. AGAIN...GREAT VIDEO.

I purchased a LE Supra, I don’t regret not getting a C8.

I am not a GM fan, I have nothing against them, I just like imports. (I realize my H1 in my avatar is a GM vehicle).

To me, my buying decision wasn’t based on fastest car for the money. I understand and am fine with the fact that the C8 will be faster.

The corvette, IMO, is similar to a Mustang, you see them EVERYWHERE. (I am not saying that Supra is “rare, ” but I know they will never be as common as Vettes.

The cool thing with cars is that there are a lot of choices out there, buy what you want with your money.

Good thing we all like different cars, the car scene would be pretty boring if we all owned the same ride....

Both great cars and along with the Tacoma...you guys will do good! Trying to compare the supra to a corvette is like comparing the tacoma to a raptor. Two different categories and price points...IMO both great vehicles...can't go wrong which ever direction you pick. For me I'm a corvette guy...but for the money...I would lean towards the Supra just because you basically get everything for under 60k, and that's a bargain with all things considering.

Let's face it guys the Corvette is and always has been an "Old Mans Sports car" The Toyota Supras have always been a young man's "Luxury Sports car" I bought a brand new Supra in 1983 & Loved that car over any Vette. When it comes to cars you cannot always look at price but mostly what you can afford. IF I could afford a new car I would choose the Toyota Supra knowing what these cars are all about. Brian made the Exellent choice❗And his reviews on the Supra were great. 👍

C8 is nice but the sound of the supra just wonderful! If I was to get a C8 though I'd go with the 2lt. Mainly because i live in an area with some jacked up bumps and that feature the 2lt has is the most logical choice. I need to see a C8 in person.

Obviously besides pricing, it really comes down to taste. Both will have plus's and minuses, it's really what the person is looking for. Personally, I like them both but would move towards the Vette just cuz I want the midengine aspect. I could really careless about the tech as I think it takes alot away from the actual driving experience of cars. Either way it's a ton of money for anyone, may as well buy what ur really gonna like after all u r the 1 that's gonna have to make those payments in the end.

The only mistake he should only worry about is letting the opinions of all the haters get to him shouting “BMW ZUPRA DERP DERP.” Who gives a flying f**k if there was a collaboration between BMW and Toyota. At least Toyota pushed out a Supra to begin with. The last atom on earth might die before the new Fairlady Z gets revealed.
