Using the James Webb Space Telescope, astronomers have discovered a quasar-driven wind from a supermassive black hole, J1007+2115, that’s stripping its galaxy of star-forming material. This mighty wind, traveling at 4.7 million miles per hour, is likely causing the galaxy's death. Watch this video to learn about the fascinating role black holes play in shaping—and even ending—the life of galaxies in the early universe!

An excellent series, even for my 76 year old brain. Thank the heavens (literally) for the revelations it continues to provide. Truly, a new age in Astro sciences. Bravo.

i don't have the brain power to fathom how space can form such immense powerful objects, How such a gigantic black hole can have the power to pull objects towards but at the same time throw objects so far away.

Qua-zar winds from a Qua-zer or vice-versa, versa vica, or all the same. I don't care. As long as it's not AI. Tks for the real content.😁👍👍👍

i wonder what would happen if the black holes jets came in contact with the jets of another black hole??? so like a binary quasar???

What happens to the dust? And if it has run out of dust to expel, does that mean that the black hole is just sitting there undetectable?

What happens to the black hole when there’s no more matter to ingest? Does it stay a black hole, or disappear?

I believe the creator of this "matrix" that we're in didn't plan on us looking so far away and maybe we should look closer, say North Carolina, at the moment.

Why can't humans harness the energy from quasars to use to explore and populate the universe

According to James Webb, I heard that the Big Bang theory was wrong, now is the Big Bang theory alive again?

5:24 - Did you just pronounce quasar as "kwarzar"? Must be AI voice.

Sorry I hear this automated voice and block it automatically. The number of similar channels just springs up and repeats the same content

Is this ai or is he just trying out a different pronunciation every time he says quasar?
