How a safety committee can work effectively
In order for a safety committee to be effective, maintain their purpose and keep their eyes on their goal even in the midst of things like a pandemic they need more than just luck. In this video I am going to provide you with some direction that will help you take your joint health and safety committee from good to better. Good health & safety committees have a plan of action and order in which they get things done. JOHSCs that are successful use a process that provides clarity, outlines propose – defines their goal and where the goalposts are. This plan gives the committee direction in spite of circumstances.
