Another great sport team analogy... the majority of their time is invested in practice and off court activities (conditioning etc). Once on the court, it's game time... and it's "on!". No more time for drills or practice. Spectators only see the 90min game event... they don't see the investment and perseverance off the court that leads up to those games. Winning starts far before game day... and those who practice hard (and rest is part of that!) bring their best on game day.
