So for people who seemed to have forgotten, "Brother Wind" originates from the episode Calypso which is the first episode showing Bluey's school. The song Calypso sings when she ends storytime starts with, "Sister Rain has left and Brother Wind has gone". We know throughout the show that Bluey and Bingo tend to remember songs and sing them frequently (Ragdoll being an example with "Down by the Creek" or Bingo singing "One Man Went to Mow" in Spy Games).

While it's nice to see it tie into the miscarriage background Chili has, the origin of the word comes from a song Bluey's teacher sings.
