great analysis by John who with Mensik make it look so easy; no wasted movements at all; very clean and efficient movements that players can closely reproduce serve after serve

Superb many great observations. The lag aspect is particularly important. I do an abbreviated version on the take back also less athletic ie less leg bend and drive but still possible to learn alot from his serve.

Your analysis is much better than the other online coach ( the one who focuses on his tossing arm straight into the court)

Excellent analysis on a wonderful serve, he has a lot of lag on racket needing a higher toss. Wish I could do that ! Would recommend less lag lower toss to regular players.

one other point: Mensik's grip enables him to do complete pronation and add extra topsin and speed

Very efficient and elegant. Reminds me a bit of Kyrios but with a slightly higher toss.
Coach, if I may a couple of questions re pinpoint v platform. First, do you recommend one or the other for certain types of players or ages or body types ?
Secondly, is the pinpoint inherently more efficient? It seems likes the vast majority of pros use it, a bit like the semi-western grip. Doesn't that in itself suggest it's the most suited for today's game ?

What is a strong continental? More to the eastern grip or the backhand grip?

Beautiful but way beyond the ability of a club player
