DISCUSSION: Dudu Myeni delinquency trial postponed

The former Chair of SAA Dudu Myeni again failed to show up in the high court in Pretoria on Monday. The organisation undoing tax abuse (Outa) and the SAA pilots association are trying to have her declared as a delinquent director - for her role in what happened at SAA while she was its chair. Myeni has repeatedly failed to appear in court, claiming that she doesn't have money to travel from KwaZulu-Natal.
She has also changed her legal firms twice.
