to answer a few of your questions. yes '"33 like a deer in those flashing lights" is the supposed year alastor died, 1933 to be more specific. and Edward bosco not only voiced striker but had voiced Alastor in the pilot for Hazbin hotel.

This is my favorite Alastor fan song!!! Also, Ed Bosco not only voices Striker, but he was the original speaking voice of Alastor while Black Gryph0n (Gabriel Brown) was the singing voice. That being said, Ed Bosco has a very good singing voice of his own and it makes sense, for obvious reasons, why both Ed and Gabe would be in this song. So happy you did a reaction to this song!! To be specific Alastor was a murderer corrupted by, in the show, a demon named Roo, on one night he was burying his victim in New Orleans in 1933 and a hunter mistook him as a deer and shot him in the head, showing how he got his deer like body. Also, whenever he activates his evil mode, you can see and X on his forehead, where he was shot

This is definently one of my favorite Alastor songs, not just because of how well put together it is and how awsome the beat is, but the fact it is sung by both Ed Bosco and Black Gryph0n who were Alastor's voices (Speaking & Singing) in the Pilot.
Also can we talk about the smooth transition between Ed and Gabe(Black Gryph0n)?! I mean Come on! Doubt one can imitate that perfection!
Edit: Also that talk about Alastor being a lot of people's favorite character, I agree. I feel like if 'Charisma' was a person it would be Alastor!

It refers to Vox defeating him in hell and pushing him out with the flashing lights of TV. It also reads like an obituary [persons name], [age or date of death], [cause of death]... and he died as a human on earth in 1933 in his mid 30s (maybe 33) when he was killed like a deer by a deer hunter who mistook him for a deer when he was in the woods (hiding a body if I remember correctly). That is why he looks like a deer. It is his curse to look like the deer the hunter mistook him as and to be a prey class animal after being a cannibal serial killer preying on others in life.
