I have cEDS and I have many of these symptoms. Especially POTS, which yes the bottle of water comes very much in handy! High HR( sucks) and wearing a neck brace or braces, I have plenty of them! I have a back brace, knee brace, wrist brace and a neck brace as well as an ankle brace ( AFO). Ugh, not to mention the Horrific Migraines, Thank goodness for Topamax!

My sister has this, actually an awful disease. When we were little, she broke her knee playing soccer. Yes her actual knee. Everyone who saw it said it looked like her body twisted 360 degrees while everything below her knee stayed in place.

It's curious how i got some of these and not the others. My index can touch the back of my hand so I definitely have hypermobility but no headaches or brace ever

I’m naturally flexible and have some of these issues. But I don’t think I’ll pass a hyper mobility test since I don’t hyper extend my elbows and knees. Would I benefit from your program?

Everyone on my dads side has hEDS and none of us have stretch marks though. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes to everything except the high heart rate. Always running into things, stretch marks everywhere except my face I think 🥴, always gotta have water, babies just popped right on out (my 11 month old I didn't even push except half a push at the very end as head was coming out).

That's why I only pushed 3 times with my first and once with my second and the doctors still wouldn't listen to me that something was wrong!

My skin is really stretchy on some parts of my body.

I don't have hyper mobility, but my hands and fingers bend in... Unsettling ways.
Which is the best conversation starter or a way to keep the conversation going.
And because of how far a can bend my hands, it also makes for great party tricks, like holding a bottle with the back of my hands 😁

Not to pester you with questions, but is there much of anything to do in regards to talking to a doctor about this? Was told I'm hypermobile, and this video looks like a typical day for me. Just wondering if it's worth bringing back up, or if I should just. Consume more salt, water, and like, lift weights?

I have so many bruises everywhere from walking into things I've often had doctors or nurses triple ask me if I'm sure I'm safe at home. I told them I'm fine I'm just gravitated towards objects. I have to carry an emergency kit with iodine plus steristrips because I'll cut my skin open on a slice of soft bread, I swear.
