Autodesk's Sketchbook Pro for Android is the app graphic designers have been waiting for! The app takes advantage of pen stylus input to allow to draw, sketch and manipulate your artwork right on the tablet. The sensitivity of the app to the Lenovo stylus is amazing and allows you to get down to the deepest details and with the ThinkPad Tablet palm detection you can put heavy pressure down and not worry about your wrist making any marks on your work. The app is available for $4.99 in the android market for Android 3.0 Honeycomb tablets.

@Dnelly88 this isn't a standard capacitive stylus. it uses a feild recognition. the table has to have the hardware interface from Wacom or N-trig for a non-nubby stylus to work. in this case it is using n-trig, the stylus stores in the device but is sold from lenovo directly for 30 dollars.

palm rejection works on everything on the 10.1. It's not an app, things, its how its made. If you have the stylus anywhere near the screen... itll ignore your fingers touching the screen.

@KimoonTsong
The pen is nTrig EMR pen, which only works with the EMR digitizer board built inside that Lenovo Thinkpad Tablet. This is NOT a simple stylus. It uses Electro Magnetic Resonance technology, just like Wacom Tablet pens.

@Dnelly88 Yes, this tablet has pressure sensitivity like Wacom tablets. The Samsung Galaxy Note is using the Wacom technology and should accept different pens (Intuos 4 pen for example). Also, the new Android version has native support for pen tilt and pressure sensitivity, which means that we may have more tablets using this technology in the future.

Its the stylus that comes with the ThinkPad tablet. You have to buy the tablet to have full functionality of it.

It's made specifically for the tablet he's using. They use different technology to the rounded tip ones, as the tablets are designed to accept the pointier type of stylus. Similar to Samsung's 'S-Pen' I believe :)

You can get all kinds of Stylus Pen´s in ebay, since they work in almost all tablets. Even at cheap prices. I wondered there in a search for a pen similar to the new Wacom´s stylus.

@Dnelly88 Seeing that he's using a Lenovo Thinkpad tablet, it's the stylus that comes with the Thinkpad. I don't think that you can buy the Thinkpad Stylus on its own. I agree with you that a pointy stylus would be better. I would love one for precise drawing.

@Natheren
if you are looking for cheaper and better productivity and feasibility .... go for the Samsung galaxt tab 7.7 or the 10.1V or the 10.1 simply ....
its has some hell of good features .including polaris office .. google books ...e reader etc ...
ipad is very monotonous ... no customisable home screen no widgets .... so it may seem a bit boring .. also galaxy tab supports microSD card slots and embedded flash support which ipad dosnt !
:D have a good time !

What stylus is that? That's what I'm looking for, pointy tip not like other stylus with big round finger-like tip.

I've been using Autodesks apps for 2yrs, got 3 on both my cell & my Nexus 10, never a problem on either device. @Assafbez= I make my own stylus, exactly how I want it to be. There are YouTube tuts on making them, all about the same, super easy. You don't have to use the same stuff to make it, just similar items. You can even cover it w/different things, w/e colors/designs you want. Everyone in my house gets custom styluses, never paid for a "real" one. :)
