I panted 2 of these trees in an area where we sometimes park vehicles and trailers. How do you suggest I prune them so the canopy is high enough to park a travel trailer underneath?

Are their roots really as aggressive as everyone says? Most info I find about them says they have to be really far from structures and pavement like 30+ feet. Yet I see all these photos and videos of fully grown trees only a few feet from sidewalks and homes. I have mostly clay and wanted to plant one and wondering how far or aggressively their surface can grow in clay soil.
